Dalton Téramène died on January 9th, 2026 at Boston Medical Center, MA. Dalton was born in Cavaillon, Haiti on July 18th, 1946 to the late Irma Edouard and Syrien Theramene. He graduated from “École Normale des Cayes”. He worked in the education field for about 50 years. He dedicated 5 years as a teacher at Ecole Saint Martin de Poesse, 2 years at Pain de vie and 43 years at Collège Horace Pauléus Sanon.
Dalton was a devoted father and a wonderful husband. He loved his family and friends and he enjoyed spending quality time with his kids and grandkids. He had a bright, energetic and wonderful personality and he was always there when people needed his help. He touched many lives with his generosity, his unwavering kindness and passion for life. He is survived by his loving wife Yvrose Joseph Teramene, his kids, Dalmir Téramène and family, Dasmine Téramène Stenvil and family, Jamesonn Téramène and family, Daneton Yveler Téramène and family. He is also survived by his brother Yvon Téramène, his nephew and nieces: Frantznel, Herlande, Jean-Octave, Angelaure, Rose-Gardine, Rodensky, Rotchild, Rodson, Daphka, Jean-Yvens and Yves-Naika.
Dalton will be deeply missed by each and everyone who knew and loved him. His legacy of love, respect, and generosity will definitely live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
Our heartfelt condolences are extended to all those who mourn the passing of our beloved Dalton. May you find strength in his memory and comfort in one another.
