Francis Norman Black

Francis (Frank) Black of Newport, RI passed away on March 29, 2026 at age 73 in Boston. He was the loving husband of Thomas (Tom) Hurley, and leaves behind two sisters, many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews as well as new family and friends that have become family. As Frank worked and lived in all corners of the world, he will be missed by friends and former colleagues around the globe.
