Larry Mcconaga

Larry “Freddy Frog” McConaga was born October 1, 1957 in Boston, MA and was the second son of the late Joe Louis McConaga and Irma Smith. 

     To his family and friends Larry was known as “Freddy Frog” this name was bestowed on him by his father Joe Louis at an early age.    

     Freddy was truly a family man he loved his family and they loved him back. He was an avid artist who loved to draw, and he also was a master chess player and would teach anyone who wanted to learn. He also loved foxes and tigers.

    Larry accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and joined Morning Star Baptist Church Mattapan, MA.

   He is preceded in death by his father Joe Louis.

   Larry is survived by his loving mother Irma Smith, brothers Joe McConaga of Houston, TX, and Darryl McConaga of Boston, and a host of family and friends.
