Willie Joyce Montgomery, born on October 30, 1956, in Birmingham, Alabama, passed away peacefully from natural causes on September 28, 2026, at the age of 69. She was a vibrant soul who dedicated her life to her family and her community. Residing in Roxbury Crossing, Massachusetts, Joyce was an admired school bus driver in the transportation industry, known for her unwavering commitment to the safety and joy of the children she transported.

Joyce's passion in life was to be the best at whatever she undertook, and her biggest achievement was being an amazing mother. She was the beloved sister to Antoinette, Tony, Kenneth and Michelle. Amazing mother to Kynjana-Michele, Kenneth and Kevin as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who filled her life with joy-Taty'Jana Joi, Tyler-Lee Joy "Maryse," Steeve JR, Kyrell Campbell, Malik Campbell, Jared Campbell, Rylie Bae, Nari Jana, and great-grandsons Levi Campbell and Liam Campbell, along with great-granddaughter Aislynn (Bean).

She is also survived by step-mother Earlene and half-siblings Cater, Tassie and Audie.

Joyce's spirit was characterized by her love for life-she was often found singing, dancing, and making those around her laugh. She forged lasting memories with her family and friends, always looking to spread joy and positivity to those in her life. The love and laughter she shared will be deeply missed but forever cherished.

Joyce Montgomery leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and devotion that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
